Ingredients

- 2 cups Coffee (Brewed your favorite method)
- Ice Ice Cubes (Essential for chilling the drink)
- 1 cup Milk (Low or full-fat for richness)
- 2–3 pods Cardamom Pods (Crushed to release flavor)
- 1–2 teaspoons Rosewater (Culinary-grade for best results)
Instructions
- Brew 2 cups of your favorite coffee and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk with 2-3 crushed cardamom pods over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of rosewater into the warm milk and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Strain the milk through a fine mesh sieve to remove cardamom pods.
- Cool the strained milk to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- In a glass filled halfway with ice, pour in the chilled coffee and top with the cold cardamom-infused milk.
