Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually stir dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
- Coat each dough ball generously in powdered sugar.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake in preheated 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
