Description

Ingredients

  • to taste cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, ½ teaspoon dried oregano, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, salt, and cracked black pepper.
  2. Add ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil and 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar. Stir well to mix the ingredients.
  3. Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve the olive oil dip with warm bread, pita chips, or raw vegetables for dipping.
