A delicious and refreshing citrus punch made with carrot juice, orange juice, and lemon-lime soda, perfect for gatherings.

- 1 1/2 cups carrot juice (I use Bolthouse Farms or juice my own)
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 3 cups lemon-lime soda
- 1 orange (sliced)
- 1 lime (sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 mint
- 1 ice
Instructions
- Pour 3 cups lemon-lime soda, 1½ cups carrot juice, and 1½ cups orange juice into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
- Add in 1 orange, sliced, 1 lime, sliced, 1 lemon, sliced, and mint.
- Serve in glasses over ice.
Notes
- This punch can be made ahead of time, just add the soda before serving to keep it fizzy.
- Feel free to experiment with different fruits or juices to customize the flavor.
