Description

A delightful Easter treat made with melted white chocolate and colorful Easter candies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds white chocolate, chopped (8 four-ounce white chocolate bars)
  • 1 to cups small Easter candies (such as pastel M&M’s or mini Robin Eggs)
  • Sprinkles, colors coordinated with the candies

Instructions

  1. Melt the White Chocolate: Place the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Spread the Chocolate: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread it into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Add Toppings: While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the Easter candies evenly over the surface. Add sprinkles on top, then gently press them into the chocolate so they adhere.
  4. Let Set and Break: Allow the bark to rest at room temperature until completely firm, about 2 hours. Once set, break the bark into pieces by hand.

Notes

  • This bark can be customized with different types of candies.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
