Description
A delightful Easter treat made with melted white chocolate and colorful Easter candies.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds white chocolate, chopped (8 four-ounce white chocolate bars)
- 1 to 1½ cups small Easter candies (such as pastel M&M’s or mini Robin Eggs)
- Sprinkles, colors coordinated with the candies
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate: Place the chopped white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
- Spread the Chocolate: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared sheet and spread it into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
- Add Toppings: While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the Easter candies evenly over the surface. Add sprinkles on top, then gently press them into the chocolate so they adhere.
- Let Set and Break: Allow the bark to rest at room temperature until completely firm, about 2 hours. Once set, break the bark into pieces by hand.
Notes
- This bark can be customized with different types of candies.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
