Description

Delicious and easy crockpot chicken recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 cup gluten free chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
