Ingredients

- 4 ears fresh corn, shucked
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the butter mixture generously over each ear of shucked corn.
- Wrap each ear tightly in a square of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Place the packets on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Carefully unwrap and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
