- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Prepare the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream Butter and Sugars: Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Add Raspberries and Chocolate: Gently fold in raspberries, white chocolate chips, and chunks. Avoid overmixing.
- Scoop and Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets. Press extra white chocolate chunks on top. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool and Set: Cool on pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Optional: Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking for added flavor.
