  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  4. Add Raspberries and Chocolate: Gently fold in raspberries, white chocolate chips, and chunks. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Scoop and Bake: Scoop dough onto baking sheets. Press extra white chocolate chunks on top. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Cool and Set: Cool on pan for 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
