- 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Gently fold in flour until just combined.
- Carefully incorporate mixed berries into the batter.
- Pour batter into ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are set but centers jiggle slightly.
Notes
- Keep an eye on the baking time to ensure the centers remain gooey.
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, you can add a teaspoon of espresso powder to the chocolate mixture.
