- 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
