Delicious salmon, spinach, and cream cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry.
Ingredients

- 2 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 Zest of lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- In a bowl, mix chopped salmon, spinach, cream cheese, lemon zest, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Place filling in the center of each pastry square, fold diagonally to form triangles, and pinch edges to seal.
- Arrange on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.

- Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.
- Feel free to add other herbs or spices to taste.
