Description

Delicious salmon, spinach, and cream cheese wrapped in flaky puff pastry.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Zest of lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped salmon, spinach, cream cheese, lemon zest, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Place filling in the center of each pastry square, fold diagonally to form triangles, and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Arrange on the baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
