Description

This Cajun Honey Butter Salmon is a delicious and easy recipe that combines flavorful Cajun seasoning with a sweet honey butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. Generously season both sides of the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning.
  4. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and mix in honey and lemon juice until combined.
  5. Place seasoned salmon in the prepared baking dish and pour half of the honey butter mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Drizzle remaining honey butter sauce over each fillet, garnish with parsley, and serve.
