Description

Delicious pinwheels made with ribeye steak, provolone cheese, and sautéed vegetables, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sautéed onions and bell peppers
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet; cook for another 3-4 minutes until just browned, then sprinkle with garlic powder.
  4. Lay out each tortilla flat. Spread provolone cheese evenly on top, followed by a generous amount of the steak and veggie mixture. Roll tightly.
  5. Slice each rolled tortilla into pinwheels about an inch thick and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can mix spices into the cheese or vegetables.
  • These pinwheels are great served with a dipping sauce.
