Delicious pinwheels made with ribeye steak, provolone cheese, and sautéed vegetables, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sautéed onions and bell peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet; cook for another 3-4 minutes until just browned, then sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Lay out each tortilla flat. Spread provolone cheese evenly on top, followed by a generous amount of the steak and veggie mixture. Roll tightly.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into pinwheels about an inch thick and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix spices into the cheese or vegetables.
- These pinwheels are great served with a dipping sauce.
