- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter option)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pie crust into a heart shape and place it in a quiche dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, bell peppers, spinach, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared crust evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
