- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 package (1 oz) regular pectin
Instructions
- Rinse and hull strawberries, then crush them in a large bowl.
- Mix in sugar and lemon juice; bring to a rolling boil.
- Test consistency by dropping spoonfuls onto a cold plate; if it holds shape, it’s ready.
- Pour hot jam into sterilized jars, seal tightly, and cool before storage.
