Delicious cruffins made with ripe peaches and flaky puff pastry.
Ingredients

- 3–4 ripe peaches (about 2 cups diced)
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 large egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Wash, peel, and dice the peaches. In a bowl, mix them with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into four-inch squares.
- Place about two tablespoons of peach filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over the filling to form a package and twist gently.
- Brush each cruffin with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- Serve warm for best taste.
- Can be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
