Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
  3. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  4. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil and sear the marinated chicken for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing; drizzle with honey if desired.
