Ingredients

- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil and sear the marinated chicken for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing; drizzle with honey if desired.
