Description

These protein-packed no-bake bites are a delicious and nutritious snack!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (50-60g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 3 Tablespoons mini M&M’s
  • 1 cup drippy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Use your hands for kneading if needed.
  3. Use a small cookie scoop to form the mixture into balls.
  4. Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
