These protein-packed no-bake bites are a delicious and nutritious snack!
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (50-60g)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 3 Tablespoons mini M&M’s
- 1 cup drippy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Use your hands for kneading if needed.
- Use a small cookie scoop to form the mixture into balls.
- Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
Notes
- These bites can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
- They make a great pre-workout snack!
