Description
A delicious dessert dip featuring melted chocolate chips and toasted marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 13–15 Easter bunny Peeps
- For serving: graham crackers (Vanilla wafer cookies, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pour chocolate chips into an oven-safe 8” skillet and spread into an even layer.
- Bake for 1-2 minutes, until chocolate is melted.
- Arrange Easter Peeps marshmallows in a single, packed layer over the chocolate (be careful, it’s hot!).
- Bake for 5-8 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted on top. Carefully check the marshmallows every 30 seconds or so, watching it through the glass window of the oven door to reach desired toasting. Mine took 7 minutes.
- Serve with graham crackers, pineapple fluff, and carrot cake cupcakes.
