This delicious cottage cheese bake is creamy and full of flavor, topped with turkey pepperoni for a tasty twist.

- 2 cups cottage cheese (full-fat or 2% work well)
- 3 large eggs (room temperature preferred)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (freshly shredded preferred)
- 1/2 cup mini turkey pepperoni slices (reserve some for topping)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (freshly grated recommended)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish thoroughly to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, whisk the cottage cheese and eggs together for about 1 minute until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the mozzarella cheese, most of the mini turkey pepperoni (save some for the top), parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula. Top with the reserved pepperoni slices.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bake is set in the center and the cheese is bubbly and golden on top.
- Let the bake cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing to allow it to set properly. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
