- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano or Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes over the chicken. Toss or rub to evenly coat.
- Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer, smooth side up, on the baking sheet or dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For extra golden tops, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken is cooked through.
