Deliciously soft and moist cookies made with a yellow cake mix, butter, and a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 1 package 16 oz Deluxe Moist Yellow Cake Mix
- 2/3 cup Butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix cake mix, butter and eggs together in a mixing bowl.
- Chill for an hour.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small dish.
- Roll dough into one inch balls and then roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Place on baking dish 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
- For best results, do not overbake.
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
