- 1 cups white whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix sugar and melted coconut oil, then add Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; gently mix in strawberries.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan before slicing.
- Prepare glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over Strawberry Bread before serving.
