Description

Delicious and crispy air fryer chicken thighs coated with a sweet chili sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the sauce mixture.
  5. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, skin-side up.
  6. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
