Delicious and crispy air fryer chicken thighs coated with a sweet chili sauce.

- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the sauce mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket, skin-side up.
- Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
