- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Rinse the Tuscan butter beans under cold water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Add the butter beans and vegetable broth.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Serve warm.
