Ingredients

- 8 ounces parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 3 yellow onions (medium, very thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 0 teaspoon seasoning salt (or to taste)
- 0 teaspoon ground black pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
- Grate parmesan cheese and spread in a thin layer over the parchment paper.
- Slice onions very thin and lay them over the cheese in a single layer.
- Brush onions with avocado oil. Sprinkle with paprika, sea salt, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool on the pan for 10 minutes before breaking up and enjoying.
